"I have really enjoyed the time I have spent working for the SGO, they are a bubbly team with a lot of enthusiasm for the work that they do. I have got to work at their events on open day and freshers fayre and it has been a great experience for myself as you learn event managment skills aswell as communicating with a variety of different people."

"The student green office is really good at giving people the opportunity to advance on their existing skills, aswell as gaining new ones. I am a film, television and radio student going into my third year, and during the summer I got to experience being a director for SGO and helped make the 'Student green office introduction film'. It is great that I got to advance on my skill set whilest helping the SGO cause."

"I decided I wanted to volunteer for the student green office to gain skills in events managment. It is something I enjoy and have done in past. I got to work at freshers fayre 2014 and I really enjoyed the communication elements as well as working as part of a team. I would recommend volunteering to everyone as it really helps you gain skills for after university, but volunteer for SGO :P"
